Wall Street English interview questions

Applied with CV. Received email inviting me to interview. 1st interview consisted of meeting the Service Manager and being given a brief overview about the language school and the way it operates. (some)1st interview Questions: Tell me about yourself. What do you know about our teaching method? Give an example of an activity that you could do with the students as part of their social activities. How would you go about teaching the difference between the 1st conditional and the 2nd conditional? 2nd interview required me to give a 15-20 minute demo lesson covering a grammar point to a student 1 to 1. The grammar point was the difference between "past simple" and "present progressive". After the lesson the student was briefly quizzed by the interviewer whilst I waited in another room. After a few minutes my interview continued where I was given feedback about my lesson and asked to reflect on what I had done during the lesson by way of a conversation with the interviewer. I was asked to Identify my strengths and weaknesses in the lesson and how I felt about the lesson. (some)2nd interview Questions: If you gave the lesson again what would you do differently? What language level (if any) do you prefer to teach? Why? What language level (if any) do you prefer not to teach? Why? Why are you really interested in working for our company?
