Short 1-1 interview followed by 5 days' induction. The induction covers familiarisation with the student experience, including the computer-based English lessons. The atmosphere at the teaching centre was very collegial.
Very easy and relaxed atmosphere, just be yourself and share experiences. The interview was done in about 30 minutes. I didnt feel under pressure. I felt at home. Great experience overall.
They asked candidates about teaching experience with classroom management. Two phases of the interview process (hr and user, and manager). Took less than a month before they offered the job.

Very nice and pleasant interview, questions related to whether I am ok with how the school functions such as working hours, contract length, activities. School and all conditions were well explained.
