Interview
The process started with a few e-mails and phone calls back and forth, followed by an in-person interview with the manager of the center. It was pretty straight forward and felt like a low-pressure interview. There was, however, a requirement to demonstrate a lesson.
Very easy and relaxed atmosphere, just be yourself and share experiences. The interview was done in about 30 minutes. I didnt feel under pressure. I felt at home. Great experience overall.
They asked candidates about teaching experience with classroom management. Two phases of the interview process (hr and user, and manager). Took less than a month before they offered the job.

Very nice and pleasant interview, questions related to whether I am ok with how the school functions such as working hours, contract length, activities. School and all conditions were well explained.
