I interviewed at Walgreens Boots Alliance (Sutton, London, England)
Interview
Online testing, CV and standard form, then asked to interview - usual retail experience, interview was focussed on-the-spot skills rather than past experience which was good. Overall the process was fair and assessed most retail skills and heard back from the recruitment manager about a week after the interview.

Question 1
timed activity: list of items around the shop, asked to find them and put them in a basket and return to the front of the shop floor
Smooth interview process. It took a bit longer than hoped for but that was more down to the holiday season. Had 2 calls with HR, one Teams call with GM and a face to face meeting with the new Director.
Phone call then zoom. Afterwards, had to go to a store to meet a store manager.
Then, was referred to the district manager for a final interview to process the application
