I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW
Interview
Two interviews. Some generic questioning and then a request for me to walk through a couple of pieces of work that I had lead.
One to one interviews were the main approach and they were no more than an hour each time (no after interview follow ups were required for either).
Overall, quite professional and effective.

Interview
Shifted me around to 3 different recruiters before a phone interview was finally scheduled. Recruiter never called, rescheduled, then informed me the job was closed because the salaries of the qualified candidates applying for it were too high, so it was to be reposted at a lower level? Disaster. Time for self-reflection from a company that sells HR Comp and Onboarding software!
