It was a three-question interview where you recorded each of your answers within a short time limit. The informational page said a person would review your video answers - they made it clear, thankfully, that no AI would be involved - and they would tell you if you got to move on to the next round. The questions themsleves weren't hard, but answering the questions on a short time limit while talking to a camera and being recorded with no person on the other end was very odd. They seem to take the approach that either you have the experience they want and you can quickly summarize and communicate that, or you don't. It was more a second screening than an interview, and it would have felt much more natural as part of the actual screening call to be asked, "Can you quickly tell me about your experience with x?"
