I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WTW (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied through a staffing agency and then offered a phone interview. After the phone interview I was offered a face to face interview the next day. The face to face interview consisted of two team leads who once held the same position which I thought was wonderful. Interview was very laid back, both the ladies made me feel at ease and explained everything to me from beginning to end so I knew what to expect during the interview time.

Question 1
Can you give me an example of a time where you showed good team spirit?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process I went through was a video recording, as a candidate I was given a series of questions to answer. The answers were recorded along with my self, there is an option to close the camera and answer questions but I assume the employer wants to see the candidate and confirm the answers are genuinely answered not a script reading. You are given time to answer the questions truthfully for a good 3 mins max. Time is allowed for you to collect your thoughts before answering, I want to recall at least 20 seconds before the recording starts after the question is given. It is almost like interviewing in person but without the travel and comfort of your surroundings.

Question 1
Recall a time you encountered a difficult situation, how did you solve it and what was the outcome?
There was a short initial call with my recruiter and then WTW requested a video interview where they email a link with questions and you record your responses. Average questions for an interview.

Question 1
Explain a time where you dealt with a difficult customer and what was the outcome?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WTW (Pitts, PA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Minimal questions. All they wanted to know if you would show up and be on time. Leads, who interviewed me, couldn't answer a question I asked. They did not offer a description of the job responsibilities or type of job. I thought it was explaining health benefits, and it was, but had no idea it was a call center.
