Easy. Typical outdated questions. More talk about themselves than interest in you. No questions on the company or the role. Asked about salary expectations and descriptions bed benefits. Asked about skill level on PP and Excel.

Question 1
Past employment and fit for job. They spent most of their time talking about their roles and themselves. Very little was asked of me.
2 interviews. One with HR Rep and 2nd with a hiring manager. Overall great experience. Several situational questions. Process was fairly quick. Both people I interviewed with were really helpful, friendly, and easy to interview with.
Only three interviews all together. It was clear why I wasn’t selected but seems like a decent company that still allows WFH. I met with someone over the phone then transitioned to zoom interviews. Meeting with two people at a time from the team.
Applied online and was shortlisted.
Followed up by a telephone interview. The process was very smooth and didn’t take long for them to get back.

So I accepted another offer.
