I applied online and received an email for an initial phone screening a week or so later. I knew someone that worked there and had a positive experience so that was why I applied.
Had three rounds of interviews. I thought the questions were all straight forward and the people I’ve interviewed with are all kind. No complaints on the interview process really. I liked the interview process at lot more than most companies

Online, several rounds including competency questions, case studies, group work and relaying answers within time constrains. You were supported if there were any technical issues, and they were forgiving about if your line dropped out

Videochiamata su Teams con due membri del team con cui poi avrei lavorato. La posizione aperta era per analista attuariale, ramo pensioni. Sono stati gentili, anche se non ero la figura che stavano cercando.
