Interviewed with the team. Asked why I was interested. Asked about my excel experience. Personality fit seemed to be a big thing they were looking for as they pride themselves on their culture.
Phone Interview was standard, AC was split into 4 parts - interview (competency), presentation, group exercise and written exercise. The first was standard, the presentation - you were given a brief and then asked to present it, it was on two companies merging and how you would restructure their salary schemes. The group exercise was laughably easy - come up with 5 words that describe TW.
The written exercise was the hardest but everyone does better than expected - you're given several pages of a document detailing executive compensation for two employees and based on their base salary, stock related bonuses, pension, retention bonuses etc. you had to calculate their total income. Overall, the day was really fun and everyone really friendly.
Easy interview, multiple rounds but not very analytical. Couple of rounds over video or phone followed by last round on site. Every interviewer was friendly and positive. Practicing behavioral questions before hand will help

Question 1
Why WTW? Strengths and Weakness? Understanding of the job description
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2019
Interview
One 30-45 mins campus interview and one on-site interview lasting 2-3 hours and including 3 company analysts. Very straightforward and well-planned but the HR people in charge of it need reminding on certain matters. The analysts are nice, welcoming and social. The environment seems very productive and relaxed.
