The first-round interview was a video interview over hirevue. About 7 questions in total. They were mostly behavior questions. You only have one chance to record each question and you have about three minutes to answer each of them.
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2023
Interview
HireVue based online interview with competency and motivational based questions. Technology worked well. Limited amount of time to prepare and then one attempt to record responses, with the opportunity to practice with mock questions.

Question 1
Describe a time you worked very hard towards something.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW in May 2021
Interview
First CV, and a personalized cover letter. Then an online aptitude test and an online interview without an interviewer, so just talking to your laptop. About 5 weeks later I was invited for an online assessment centre. This was a 3 hour long event, with 1 hour dedicated to a seminar about WTW followed by 2 hour long interviews. One interview was aptitude based (tell me about a situation where you did x) and another more general one (what do you know about WTW, why do you want to work here type questions).
Overall my experience was negative, and having not heard anything from WTW for a month following what I think was the final stage, I must have not got the position. Including preparation for my application/interviews, the whole process took me in excess of 6 hours. Not even recieving an obligatory 'sorry we're not interested' isn't a good look for a company with this level of resources, and who were also trying very hard to present themselves as caring about their employees (watch the hour long seminar). In the 2 hours I spend doing live interviews there was not one question about my previous jobs, experience or interests. My impression is they view interns only as replaceable cogs in a machine. Even people applying for junior positions deserve to be treated decently and not be screwed around with.
A pro: I was very well informed of the ethos of the company
