I had two 45-min interviews with 2 senior consultants at Towers Watson. The questions were competency based, focusing on my experiences in consulting and research. They asked several personality-oriented questions. They also made a great effort to identify and clarify my expectations from the job. As the company, Towers Watson is a result of a recent merger between Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt, I asked them about what kind of culture they expect the merger to create since prior to the merger, both companies were known to have different cultures.
I was also asked to take a short assessment at the end of the interviews -a paper based test. It mostly tested writing skills and required me to edit grammatical mistakes in a passage, and draft out an email response to an email from a client.
