      Actuarial Intern (Life) Interview

      Nov 20, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW

      Interview

Received first interview through school's career site - first round was very low-key and questions only asked of my personality and actuarial field preference. Was contacted to do a much more extensive set of second round interviews. Tone was welcoming and relaxed. Ate lunch with two of the newer hires and then spoke with four other members of the team one-to-one. Mostly behavioral questions, and a few regarding basics of life insurance practice. Expected to ask many questions to each interviewer throughout the day. Had very high opinions of the team and am still waiting to hear of rejection/acceptance.
