A very competent and personable person interviewed me. She encouraged me to speak in order to get an idea of what I would sound like on the phones. They are looking for articulate and pleasant insurance agents who will do a great job relating to retirees.
Very easy to go through, passed my certification. I can’t recall exactly how it went because it’s years since I became a Benefit advisor. I think once you pass your certification, they immediately take you in for training. If you passed training you start working on floor.

Fantastic experience and very quick response time in my experience. My first interview was held in the morning and it so happened that I was moved to the next step. The hiring manager had open Availability that afternoon for a video interview. I completed that and was offered the job. Great experience and very positive vibes.
