Interview
I applied online, received an email to schedule a over the phone interview a week later. The over the phone interview was pretty basic. I was just asked to go over my resume to see if I fit the basic qualifications. The next day I was invited to take a two hour assessment on location. The assessment consisted of questions that deal with email responses to clients, project management, and data inconsistencies. An hour after I took the test I was invited for an onsite interview with a senior consultant, program director, and supervisor. The questions were behavior based. Finally, I had another phone interview with two more senior consultants and they asked behavior based questions as well.
Interview process was pretty standard. Phone interview with recruiter then on site interview with other members of the team. There was also a skills assessment which included answering questions and reviewing survey results.

Interview
Interview process was pretty standard. A little intimidating at first, but everyone made me feel rather comfortable. Process consisted of 5 1:1 interviews, including a lunch interview, and a 2 hour assessment all in one day. Pretty standard behavioral questiones were asked.

Question 1
The most unexpected question was why should we hire you. I expected this question, but the way it was presented in context was unexpected.

Interview
Three rounds of assessment. Initial telephone interview with Graduate Recruitment. Assessment centre with 10 other candidates followed by a final day of interviews with the main team. I was surprised at how long it took to hear back from recruitment after the final round. I was finally offered a position almost three weeks after the final interview.
