I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied through the university, process took three weeks, it was a really long and tiring process- resume, cover letter submission, then a phone interview, then a 4 page written assignment and finally a 7 hour long day of interviews
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2020
Interview
There were two rounds: for the first one, I just had to record myself answering a couple questions. In the second, I (virtually) met with a couple of the employees. I spend around 20 minutes with each one. They were all very nice!

Interview
This was an on-campus interview. It was one-on-one and the recruiter was nice. She did not try to trick me or catch me off guard. The questions were straightforward and to the point. Prior to the interview, I had to complete a writing analysis. The analysis consisted of a case study in which you were given 1 hour to respond to a given scenario.
