      Application

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at WTW in Feb 2016

      Interview

Applied on company website, got an email requesting resume etc the very next day. Had a questionnaire to fill with personal details. Second thing - which was actually new to me was video recording of preset questions. Questions were relevant to the position and some were basic HR questions. There were some technical questions regarding SQL reporting. I was able to answer all the questions pretty well I think. The answers were time bound, every questions had fixed number of seconds, so you can't keep yapping. Next morning I got a thank you email from the HR. She told me I would hear back in the next day to two. Second day of the interview, HR emailed me saying my salary requirements were out of their budget. Honestly, I did not ask for too much. I asked same amount as I am getting in my current position, my current commute sucks and that was the only reason to move. I don't think they pay too well, because all other companies I know would be ready to pay that amount. The best part was they were honest in their feedback and the whole process was over in 4 days. I was really impressed by the professionalism. I'm sure culture within the company is good too. I moved to another company, getting good benefits and 15k more but my commute still sucks :)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Just basic BA type questions and some SQL server questions.
