I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WTW (New York, NY) in Sep 2025
Interview
6 questions and 2 games. pretty baseline questions, nothing technical all behavioral, one question was why do you want this internship and i explained how i found out abt the company, how it led me here, how my skills align w them, etc and then there were 2 math games at the end, pretty easy as they had basic multiplication, addition, division, and subtraction
CV walk through with few of their colleagues + group case study of pitching a pension plan + quiz on some basic knowhows on finance/investments/macro economics. Pretty chill overall, people are super friendly and not harsh.
Challenging, but fair. I met with different members of the team and had about 15 minute conversations. They asked about my background, experience, and ability to work with others. I found it to be engaging and was not surprised by any particular question.
