I applied through college or university. I interviewed at WTW (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
I was brought in to the Dallas office in the morning, and was interviewed by 4 different WTW employees. The interview was friendly, and I had plenty of time to ask my own questions. Following the last interview, all of the candidates attended an informal group interview/lunch with several entry-level employees who had recently undergone the onboarding process and were able to answer many of our questions about the job and the company.

Question 1
What do you know about the Actuarial Science Center?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at WTW (Reigate, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
The internship I applied for was a software development internship.
The interviewing process was good. First you complete the personality and math test, then you have to write a small piece of code to solve the problem they send you. If you do well, you get invited for an interview. You have to prepare a presentation about a topic they give you in advance.
The presentation was only in front of one person, which seemed to be very interested and welcoming. After this, you get the proper interview, where one person asks typical interview questions and the other is asking about the code you sent before.
Overall, the company is really nice and I'm happy I accepted the offer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2017
Interview
Was an online video interview. 4 questions with 2 minutes to prepare an answer and 3 minutes to provide one. No retakes allowed.
Annoying because they worked on a first come first served basis for applications so received an email 30 minutes after my video (clearly not enough time to review/ discuss it) saying they'd filled all the places.

Question 1
One question surrounded a time when I was part of a successful team, the dynamics involved and my role within this team.
