Had to have 3 reviews, one with the person who is now my boss, then another with my boss and his boss, and then one final interview with someone very senior in the company. This final one was the most difficult out of the three.

I interviewed in Willis through a placement. There interview process is really long. Visited Accenture company. There my rounds where conducted. 1st rd was HR round. 2nd round was taken by senior HR where she checks your skills n knowledge. She then gives a immediate feedback about your +ve n -ve. then there was telephonic test just to check communication skills. then the Hr said she will call back and let me know when i have to come for ops round. The Hr called me after almost a month. n said as i was selected for US process n they didn't have any opening for US process at that time. so she asked weather i will be OK with UK process. I said OK. Went for the ops round next week. The ops round Got over in like 15 mins. Got call from the HR after almost 1 week saying that your profile is on hold we will get back to you and its been like almost 2 months they are still getting back.There Management need to make really big changes in there interview procedure. I mean making a candidate wait for such a long time pathetic...

It was not hard to go through the interview years ago. Things changed quite a bit nowadays. They are looking for good candidate. Qualification is most important. Candidate should be a good team player and can work independently as well.
