WTW Graduate Development Program interview questions

Initially there is the normal process with filling in forms online and then you'll get a video interview. The first 3 questions you have 60 seconds to answer speaking into the camera and the last 3 questions are written and you get 15 minutes to write an answer for each one. If successful, you will be invited to an assessment day which involves 4 competency based interviews and a group exercise.
