What a long process of interview they keep waiting and waiting for almost whole day they literally waste your precious time in waiting and what you need for a fresher in an interview with an mba finance degree just basics and after hiring training is needed,but they would ask you personal questions and totally depends on hr if you get hired Or not well if you not going to give the chance to a qualified fresher to learn from where the hell he will get the job experience you guys are insane don't want fresher and experience people don't stay long with you forever....
