I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Interview process are extremely lengthy - 6 hours long; you get interviewed by close to 10 people at the on site interview; There is an excel test; some of the interviewers are very intense and they expect you to know a lot about the industry, even for new college graduates
Was sent an email by HR mentioning I would be contacted for a video interview by HireVue. I completed the four question interview which was pretty basic information. You do not interview with anybody but you are presented with 4 questions. Thirty-seconds to read a question and then two or three minutes to respond. The move on to the next question.
