I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WSP in Mar 2022
Interview
Professional managers made the interview really smooth, answered questions openly, open discussions from both sides involving details if the role, company culture and values, most important projects in the portfolio, etc.

Quite easy and friendly. Not very technical. Mostly generic information concerning bridge engineering, previous experience, why WSP, if I can work in a team etc. It's good to have information about the company you apply to.
The interview process at WSP for an engineer role typically involves initial screening, technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and possibly a panel interview or project presentation, focusing on skills and cultural fit.
