I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in May 2025
Interview
Two interviews. First interview had to wait 2 weeks for a response. After the first interview they wanted to see if I may also be a fit in another adjacent department, so I interviewed again. I was told that I basically had the job but they were figuring out who would be the best line manager. Did the second interview, waited 3 weeks for a response. I was informed of my rejection by an automated email. No feedback given.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Johannesburg) in Jan 2026
Interview
My interview process involved 2 rounds.
The first was a technical interview with the technical leads from the mining department. It was very easy going, they asked about who I was, what my career ambitions were, and previous experience. Second interview happened about about a month later with the Project Management Lead. It was called a coffee chat, where I was told more about the role. The coffee what was presented as informal, but was basically just another round.
IT WAS A GOOD INTERNVIEW with lot of techinicAL questions. I was asked about current project, my interest in the company and my experience in the industry. the recurior we knowledgable and understood the technical language.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WSP (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2025
Interview
The application process was straightforward. I submitted my application online and received a telephone screening within a week. The call was with a WSP talent acquisition representative who asked about my project management experience, as well as standard behavioral and HR questions, including salary expectations. The conversation went well, and the interviewer seemed positive and even outlined the next steps: a virtual interview followed by an in-person meeting.
However, after the call, I was ghosted for two weeks with no update. It became clear that I hadn’t advanced to the next round. The lack of communication was disappointing and reflected poorly on the company’s professionalism, especially after such a positive initial impression. Ultimately, I accepted a similar role with one of WSP’s competitors.
