I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WSP (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
The interview process was very quick and efficient. I had an initial call with a recruiter, then two video interviews: the first with a hiring manager, the second with the hiring manager and head of the department. Between the first and second interviews, I had to complete a brief writing assessment, which was the focus of the first 15-20 min of the conversation during the second interview.
All the people I interacted with were polite and professional, and I heard back with an offer within a week!

Question 1
They asked me about my writing and design experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WSP (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2023
Interview
I had two interviews and a research task. The interviews were about 30-45 minutes each and the research task took about 20 minutes. None of these were terribly difficult and the interview panelists were kind. However, after the second-round interview, WSP never followed up with me and didn't tell me I hadn't received the role. I found out someone else had been given the job through LinkedIn. I didn't think this was very professional. An email at the very least (preferably a phone call) to tell me I'd been unsuccessful would've been respectful to me and the time I'd dedicated to them.
