Interview
Screened by corporate first and then there was a single 30 minute interview that had standard interview questions and there was back and forth discussion which was nice to have.
2 Round interview one with Engineers and one with project team leads first round was more technical second round was more behavioral and gettting to know team leads and project managers
Interview with WSP was based on communication and collaboration based questions. It focused on walking through my resume and talking to multple team members about my past exeriences and future goals
Online application that required a CV and some basic details, but no cover letter. 1 hour interview that mostly consisted of general questions, plus explaining what the team works on and what the company is like
