The interview process was very detailed and engaging. They were very keen to understand the interviewee. They explained the projects , the work environment, benefits, and hours of working very clearly.
Pretty stress free behavioural questions. Online application process then one way interview and assessment then 2x in person interviews. Both in persons were easy going and with different members of the team you are applying for.
The interview included application screening, an introductory conversation, a skills scenario, behavioral questions, and a culture discussion, ending with candidate questions, feedback, and clear next steps communicated in a professional, structured, and supportive manner.
