I applied online and got an online interview for two accessors. The interview is around 30 minutes. The first part is to introduce yourself by English and the second round just talk with accessors by Chinese

I was invited for the interview. First off the interview, the HR introduce their company and the team structure. Then, i started the self introduction and a group discussion task.

I had an initial video call with the Line Manager and Director. The conversation was relaxed but insightful, focusing on role expectations and team fit. Overall very positive. They were transparent about the day-to-day responsibilities and seemed genuinely interested in how I would fit within the existing team dynamic.

I had a technical interview a year before. Interview went very well. You need to be thoroughly good at conceptual wise. Besides to it there will be a HR round as well.
