One full day of work divided in four parts: writing, Excel, presenting, case interview. Multiple candidates on the same day but each take turns so you don't have to be all in the same room at once. They day ends with a networking lunch but is hard to prepare since there is no information on who will be there ahead of time.
Straightforward and easy with the interviewer putting me at ease. Asked pretty standard questions nothing technical and easy to balance with the preparation. It was pretty straightforward and easy and able to do with the given job description

I had a phone screen that I thought went well, but then they ghosted me and didn't respond to my follow-up email. I know someone else who applied and she also got ghosted after the phone screen.
