I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at WSP (Leeds, England)
Interview
Invited for an Interview Day out of a regional office where I attended with other candidates. This day includes a group activity, presentation on why you should work for WSP and a traditional interview. From the get-go you were either "in the club" with the other candidates or were made to feel out of place.

Tell me about a time you failed or made a mistake, and how did you learn from it.
First stage included a cognitive test and then an interview over Microsoft teams with 2 people from the team. Other applicants also had to sit through a group interview before the one on one.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WSP (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Feb 2024
Interview
They started by introducing WSP. They asked some questions like what is a disruptor facing the industry, describe a time you worked in a team. Then they finished off with some quickfire questions like do you prefer to start or finish a project, etc.
