It feel really unprofessional, the interviewer revealed personal details of his life that I did not need to know. It also was inappropriate to request bringing former clients from the company where I was working for.

There were personal questions which shouldn't have come over the table.
Friendly back and forth including questions of past achievements and engineering process with the hiring manager and a junior staff member over an online video call lasting about 60 mins.
The 1.5‑hour interview was fully technical, evaluating advanced structural engineering expertise, code interpretation, design calculations, load analysis, detailing, and problem‑solving. It emphasized practical application of standards, leadership in complex projects, and ability to deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions at a senior level.

took interview and no response just a time waste, Management is not responding to any calls or mails. Even after shortlisted and interview done its been 3 months no response at all.
