Interview
There is a phone screening interview with HR, then it is followed by a Behavioral and Technical interview. If you will work with specialized software like GIS, you will have an additional interview where these skills are assessed.

Standard application process. Got an interview through friends. They asked general questions about how I see myself performing in the company, culture, etc. They also asked about what I know about urban planning, my background in the area, my communication skills.
