I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WSP in Sep 2016
Interview
The entire process took around 1.5 months from the application submission to job offer. The interviews were initially standard but after a few rounds of interview with the senior engineers, I had the opportunity to gain deeper understanding of the team, the skills they were looking for, their past projects and their passion in electrical engineering. It was a very positive and friendly experience.

Question 1
What made you choose electrical engineering as a career?
They are very welcoming and friendly people. After the interview, they gave me a mini tour of their office. The interview itself was a tad technical, they were interested and investigated my past work/ uni experiences. There was also a strong focus on their company values.
