Process took about 2 months , I applied around January with standard CV & cover letter . After this I had to do a video interview which consisted of 4 questions. Why WSP? Situation when I had to work under pressure, What department I am interested in ? etc Final face2face interview took place in Cardiff office with the Director of the department and an associate.
