The interview process consisted of a single 30-minute video interview with the Principal and two Senior Engineers. The discussion focused on my background, relevant project experience, technical fundamentals, and alignment with the firm’s transportation-focused work and team culture. The interview was conversational, with opportunities to discuss past projects, design approach, and ask questions about the role and team.
