The interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer arrived late, seemed distracted, and asked vague or irrelevant questions. There was little effort to explain the role, team, or company culture. It felt more like a box-ticking exercise than a meaningful conversation. Overall, it lacked professionalism, preparation, and respect for my time, leaving a very poor impression of the company.
Pretty stress free behavioural questions. Online application process then one way interview and assessment then 2x in person interviews. Both in persons were easy going and with different members of the team you are applying for.
