WSP Graduate Engineer interview questions

first couple of question was about yourself, favorite subjects at uni, why did you enjoy them. Then what do you think would be the biggest challenges going into this position. Then questions on how you are in a team, and how do you usually respond to clients that aren't always friendly.

It was a healthy combination of formal and informal. The employees interviewing me were keen to get to know more about my background and I had the opportunity to make similar inquiries into their path to their current roles.
