WSP Graduate Engineer interview questions

Had to complete an online assessment which involved answering questions that varied from logic problems to determining your personality. Then asked to record videos for a one-way interview. Following this, was interviewed in person at their Sydney office where I was asked hypotheticals as well as questions about what I was looking to gain from the position.

The interview spanned a day, focusing primarily on evaluating behavior and problem-solving attitude. It was a positive experience, with less emphasis on technical skills. But the GD was tough though
