WSP Engineer interview questions

Great place with a great interview process with great people working there. Position didnt work out but thats okay. Would still recommend to friends to apply. Currently have friend there now

They were very interested in chasing me for an interview, the Talent & Acquisition Manager asked what salary I would want and I told her and she said that should be ok, they have no set salary for the role. Had an interview with 2 people and it went well until they asked what salary I wanted. It is unusual for the person who you are taking over from to ask you this. Then they just ghosted me after a few emails asking what the situation was, either yes or no. I find them very unprofessional. A quick email letting me know would be the right thing to do.
