Vistage Worldwide interview questions

Three Interview Process all through zoom. First is with a HR Specialist to go over basic expectations and confirm you are interested in the job (I worked with Amber Brown who is amazing). Second interview was with the Director of the department and the last with the VP.

Started with an initial round of 2 or 3 1-on-1 phone interviews with their HR Manager and the Hiring Manager. After this I did 2 in person interviews which were about 1.5-2 hours wherein I interviewed for about 30 minutes with individual members of the team, both those in senior leadership positions and those who were peers. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice and friendly. Mainly standard questions such as biggest wins, biggest challenges, what I bring to the table, etc. In this instance they wanted to hear about previous products I built and delivered and the success of those projects. In the end, unfortunately I lost out to someone that had a little more direct experience. I would say the interviews themselves were easy, but given the amount of time taken to maneuver through the process and the number of people/personalities you spoke with, I'd rank the difficulty as slightly above average.
