Started with an initial round of 2 or 3 1-on-1 phone interviews with their HR Manager and the Hiring Manager. After this I did 2 in person interviews which were about 1.5-2 hours wherein I interviewed for about 30 minutes with individual members of the team, both those in senior leadership positions and those who were peers.
Everyone I interviewed with was very nice and friendly. Mainly standard questions such as biggest wins, biggest challenges, what I bring to the table, etc. In this instance they wanted to hear about previous products I built and delivered and the success of those projects.
In the end, unfortunately I lost out to someone that had a little more direct experience. I would say the interviews themselves were easy, but given the amount of time taken to maneuver through the process and the number of people/personalities you spoke with, I'd rank the difficulty as slightly above average.
