Visma interview questions

The interview was informal, we went through some of my projects, and discussed how they were implemented. They were eager to discuss my level of Finnish, even though it was clear in my CV that I don't speak Finnish.r

I got approached with a job offer, manifested my interest, we scheduled and did a quick phone call interview, and then I waited the next 2 or 3 weeks for a follow-up interview for skill assessment, which was supposed to happen during the week following the phone call according to what I was told. The follow-up contact was to inform me that this second point of contact was to be postponed due to someone in the decision-makers being on vacation. Sadly, this was as far as I got during their recruitment process because the next contact I had with this company was to inform me that they found someone with more experience.
