Visma interview questions

Not a very pleasant experience. At the first interview they called me on site to have a discussion with the HR, but after i got in there they told me that this will be an actual tech discussions with one of the engineers working there. I think this tactic of hiding it from you is not very cool. The interview went great, but I said pass when they told me that i need to do an assignment which was basically a project that would take around 1 week, and after that i had to get back in on site and present it in front of the full team.

First round was a speed interview at the campus of my university. Based on that I was invited to the office in Oslo for the second round. Before the second round I was sent some tests to complete before the interviews and a work-related task to solve and present at the interviews. At the second round there were three interviews. The first one was to present the task I had prepared, the second focused on education, qualifications and previous experiences, and the third was with HR and focused more on interpersonal skills.
