There was an initial phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview got a little bit technical but overall was brief and conducted well. The in-person interviewer was unclear of the position and duties I would be performing if hired, so I was confused when I began working as they had described incorrect details to me. Their cell phone rang while we interviewed and they answered it, which was very unprofessional. They hired through a staffing agency, and renewed my contract at the end instead of offering a full-time position despite having headcount and the budget and enjoying my work ethic in the time I spent as a temp. I then had to re-apply for the same position as an Associate. That included two in-person interviews which were easy, brief, and to-the-point since I had already been familiar with the position.
