They interview see what are your qualifications and experience you have in the position. See if your attitude also is positive. Ask what are the days and hours you prefer to work. What companies you've worked for in the past and if switched from category of work and why the interest in something else. Do you wish to be trained in any other position in case they need you to fill in for them when another sales associate is running late or couldn't come to work.

Interview
Applied in person, called in for interview one week later. Interviewed with the assistant manager first and pretty much got the job. Talked to the store manager in the next interview to confirm my position and starting date. Both were casual interviews in a sitting area in front of the store.

Interview
I applied online and was noticed for a group interview in store a couple of days later. After the first round group interview, I was contacted to come for the final interview with the store manager. The interview questions are basically based on my previous working experience in retail.
