Victoria's Secret interview questions

I turned the application in to a manager in the store. He later called me for an interview. It was a group interview with one other person. The interview questions were easy and I got the job.

Dropped off application in store, got a call back the next day to come in for an interview. Wore black slacks, pumps, a white dress shirt, and a black cardigan to the interview-- definitely dress professional for this interview, as the dress code kind of revolves around it, even though you aren't required to wear formal dress clothes, you ARE required to wear all black with optional white accents. Most of the questions were pretty stereotypical-- "what would you do in a difficult situation", "how would you handle an angry customer", etc etc. But several of them also focused on loss prevention, which is a huge issue with VS. If you get the job, be prepared to constantly be on the lookout for thieves.
