Interview
Printed out a app online, dropped off to my surprise a manager. Had a mini interview on the floor basic questions of past work history, what did I do at these jobs, discussed availability and said she or someone will call. So I walked around and then she came up to me and asked if I can come in 2 days later at 9:30 for a group interview

Interview
Pretty easy, applied in store and the associate asked me why i wanted to work at PINK and told me to chose anything from the store and sell it to her. Then told me i did a good job and she would give my application to a hiring manager and she was sure I would get a call "very soon." Got a call the same day and was offered an interview with one of the managers. She basically asked me, why i wanted the job, what i would describe a pink girl as and asked about my previous jobs.

Interview
The interview I had at a PINK store in my local mall was very laid back. It was a 1 to 1 interview and the manager was super cool and nice. I felt like I was talking to my best friend. I dressed in all black (leggings, flow like tank top, a cardigan and toms) and arrived early which the manager appreciated. The interview was held on the store floor. I was nervous because I had no previous retail experience, but the manager was super understanding and willing to teach. They're looking for someone reliable, has a positive outlook on things, and a great personality. There were a lot of scenario based questions and personality questions. Overall the experience was good.
