applied in person after printing the application online. Then was called for an interview about two weeks later. The group interview was quick and engaging between all of the applicants, like a personality test. There was about two days in-between the interview and call back date. I was offered the job and given a date to start training.

It was a little before the holidays and It was a group interview. You needed to answer some of the question to get noticed. So you need to be confident and not too nervous. I went in asking if they were hiring and I meet one of the assistant managers. She really liked me so I also kind of knew someone going into the process. I then got asked to stay after the holiday's.
