It was fairly straightforward, though the interviewer was late. For around 20 minutes I received the typical interview questions. Notably, the hiring manager was unable to answer my questions about the role and about the work environment.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
