I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Westfield, South West England, England)
Interview
It was fairly easy you just have to go into a room with a bunch of people and they ask you questions. Ask you what you know about the company, values and your experice, nothing too stressful.
Straightforward and smooth. First received a screening call and then an invitation to attend an in person interview with the store assistant manager. It was very brief and only lased around 15 minutes.

Question 1
What transferrable skills do i have from previous jobs?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call the next week, the phone call was a short interview asking basic questions and then I were invited for a group interview. The group interview was really long but quite laid back and the two interviewers were really nice. We were first asked to go round in the circle and introduce ourselves, explain why we wanted to work for Victoria's Secret and 1 thing about us that wasn't on our cv. After this we were presented a brief about a customer and we had to work as a team to pick out items on the table that we think would best suit the description and then present it back to them. After this they went round asking us two 'situation' questions each about our personal cv such as give me an example of how you have worked as a team.. after this was the 'surprise challenge' we were told to sell an item on the spot... me thinking it would be a Victoria's Secret item, how wrong I was- she pulled out a calculator, a ruler, sticky notes, and correction fluid. I think this is a ridiculous thing to ask putting someone on the spot and asking them to sell you a ruler. I didn't expect they would be so sales driven, I would expect this from an interview for a top sales job. We were told that they would get back to us within a week and that they would give us feedback even if we weren't offered the position. They got back to me on the 7th day saying I hadn't got the position and to email if you wanted specific feedback which I did, this was weeks ago.. no feedback received.
